Currently Top Flight Badminton Club has one Tournament per year, The Ray Scott Memorial, held in October. We also work with the Nebraska Sports Council and host the Badminton portion of the Cornhusker State Games in July.
Mark your Calendars – The 39th Annual Ray Scott Memorial will be held on the weekend of October 26 and 27. The Ray Scott Memorial is an USA Badminton sanctioned event. You have to be a member of USA Badminton to participate in this tournament. You can join at the USA Badminton’s Website. Watch our website and facebook page for the official date we will start receiving registrations. We are hoping to have an online registration and payments accepted by PayPal. We will also have a manual form that can be downloaded and mailed in with payment also.
The Cornhusker State Games Badminton Tournament will be held on July 20th at the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s HYPR Center. More information about this event is located on the Events Page or at CornhuskerStateGames.com/badminton. The state games are for residents of Nebraska and if you medal in this event, you are eligible for the State Games of America. We are currently are wait for word if Nebraska will be chosen to host the State Games of America for 2015.
